Admission Procedure
A student joining the school for the first time must produce satisfactory proof of date of birth issued by a hospital, Nagar Panchayat, or a Baptismal Certificate. Once recorded, the date of birth will not be altered under any circumstances.
In case of re-admission after withdrawal, the admission fee will be charged again as per school rules.
Withdrawal Procedure
- Applications for a School Leaving Certificate must be submitted in writing by parents or guardians.
- The School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all outstanding dues are fully cleared.
- Students withdrawing in April must pay fees for the months of May and June.
- Issuance of the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) confirms that all dues to and from the school have been settled.
- One clear calendar month’s written notice or payment of one month’s fee in lieu thereof is mandatory before withdrawal.
- The school reserves the right to ask a student to leave on the following grounds:
• Disciplinary reasons
• Unsatisfactory academic progress
- A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue studies in the school.
